Some of the time it works great, however, it does buffer quite a bit, especially in the evening. I get a much better stream when I use my Chromecast so when the Roku starts buffering I just switch over to the Chromecast and the buffering stops. I do like the remote.

It sure sounds better than it is when it comes down to using it. Maybe we are not “connected” enough to apps to get full use. I am marking that I would recommend it to a friend, but it will be with some “yea, buts.”

I guess this is what happens when you go cheap on these Roku devices. When its connected it works great.

Posted .Hi Reggie, thanks for sharing with us. As a tip, you can check the strength of your internet connection by going to Settings > Network > Check connection. This will test the quality of the signal and also measure the speed of that connection, to be sure that your signal is strong enough.
