We were replacing a Roku device that was just over 2 years old that rarely work. Well, this one works like a champ. What we especially love is that you can point the remote in the GENERAL direction of the TV and it works the first time. (The prior remote had to be pointed at the Roku stick from about 8 feet away and at an angle so the TV screen was not in the way (so move about 10 feet from where you were to get the remote to do anything.)

Years past, I've had the Fire Stick, apple TV, roku (older versions). This new Roku's processor is super fast, basically no wait time. And it's super user friendly. I still have Xfinity, but I took back all the xfinity boxes I had in each of the rooms & replaced them with the Roku Stick and the Ultra. And use the xfinity Stream app on the roku. I get everything I had and more! As well as saving a lot every month!

easy to install and great to use and priced just right

I have only used the Roku 3. I bought this as a gift and they said they "love it" and "it's awesome." They plan to get another. So, since it made the recipient so happy, I call that five stars!

I have two at home and my director and manager both complained about their TV bills so I told them how to cut down their bill. Hearing they will look into it I got them the Roku for Christmas.

I bought this to put in the guest bedroom. It is so easy to use and to set up. At $25/month, I have either a Roku or a Roku stick in all three guest bedrooms and it is sooooooo worth it. The Roku stick does a great job of staying connected to my internet service and it has quite a few channels. If you’re a cord cutter looking for a device that is great value for the money, look no further than this.

I really like this remote control, you can turn on and off the tv and also control the volume.

Ive owned the Roku streaming stick about 2 yrs ago I loved it however I the remote quit working so thankfully I bought the geek squad protection took the player back to Best buy and they replaced with this new streaming stick I love it this remote has the capability to also control the tv which I love only need one remote great feature and of course I bought another geek squad protection plan wouldn't be without it best buy is the best

Fifth Roku purchase so streaming can be done throughout our house in nearly every room. Showed husband how to take advantage of streaming to find a great variety of his favorite shows to watch. Told other family members about the ease of Roku and they have also purchased them! Love online shopping and Best Buy many times has had the best price and availability!

My Wii was no longer going to provide me with Netflix. Rotu was the least expensive option. It was relatively easy to set up for a not-tech savvy person. Directions were easy to follow. I have been pleasantly surprised with some of the other Free options it provides for viewing along with other options that can be added with a fee. I will probably learn of more items that it provides as I continue to explore and use it.

I am a faithful Roku user. It is easy to set up and use and the newer sticks are so much faster.
