Tried and retried several times and even attempted to reconnect the remote with the unit but still no luck. Not sure if this was just a defective unit but needless to say very disappointed and ended up returning the product the next day.

It turned out to be slow, lacking ease of use and really didn't offer a lot of compelling channel options. Yes, it has Sling, Netflix and many other apps but there's just nothing easy about using these and getting quick access to shows. Disappointing.

However very disappointed two days later when it froze up and could not get to work after doing all the procedures outlined on the the ruku website. Took back to the Best Buy where I purchased to try to return defective merchandise. Store didn't want to exchange or give a refund.

Poor Device and remote connection

I need to unpair the remote and pair it again every time for me to use the remote. This is causing a lot of frustration. I reported this issue to Roku and they sent me a new remote which still has the same issue. Don’t waste your money on this get a better streaming device.
