You MUST have a newer TV for this stick to be compatible. Our TV does not have a USB port. When we tried the adapter it was not compatible and we could not see the Roku on our tv to set it up. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!!

Not good on their promotion codes

I signed up for Sling in February. They had a 40% discount for the first two months. I just found my receipt and found the codes now that won’t honor it. Best Buy and Sling said the code expired,how when I didn’t sign up for Sling until February.

My attitude is bad because you must give them a cc to get the activation code. Not happy with that. Trying to get app as the remote is a piece of junk. Figured it would be. Remote needs to connect to device each time you watch TV, and that connection takes too much time, or doesn't connect at all, preventing watching streaming TV. Remote controls have been mastered by all, with exception of Roku.

Also, when I would leave on a program - the Roku would go into sleep mode after the program was over. I got it to avoid renting another Xfinity cable box. After 18 hours of this product - I drove to Comcast for a box.
