I tried to return it to Best Buy and it was outside of the 15 day return . The light does not stay on for connectivity.. my HDMI port is fine. So I have a Roku that I bought I cannot use. Voice and audio was out of sync. Had to reset the ROKU unit each time it was turned on to fix the problem. Ended up buying a new one and it works fine.

If you still have the older player, you might need to uninstall and reinstall the affected channels, check the status of your wireless connection, or contact the channel's service provider.

It would not connect to my TV for some reason. I plugged it in and nothing happened, so I returned it and got a Fire Stick instead and I couldn't be happier.

In the future, you'll want to be sure that your router is within range of the device and avoid obstructions like cabinets and walls when possible.
As a tip, you can check the strength of your internet connection by going to Settings > Network > Check connection. This will test the quality of the signal and also measure the speed of that connection, to be sure that your signal is strong enough.
