Got rid of our last tube TV and bought our first Smart TV. We already had 2 other LED TV's. This little stick means we didn't have to buy 2 new TVs. We take it to whichever TV we want to use. If we decide we need a 2nd it is still cheaper than replacing the TVs. Also useful to take on a trip to use in a hotel.

Easy to connect and nice that the remote controls the tv on/off and volume.

We have older tvs that don't come with a lot of apps. My son suggested that we purchase one of these to see everything that we could access. I was blown away by the content that is available on ROKU. I have since purchased two more to add to the DUMB tvs in the house. This stick you can actually talk to in order to get the channels. AMAZING!!!! It was super easy to set up too.

This was a perfect fit for our TV in the kitchen....we did not have a cable outlet in this room and I really wanted a tv in the kitchen so we heard a lot about Roku and it has been great it was $150.00 to hook up cable plus the extra charge for a box and the roku was 39.99 and no monthly charge for a box sooo it was totally worth it.

I was told how great these were did not believe it. I love it. I watch a movie and can stop it and come back later. So much to choose from kids as well as adults. The only thing I can’t find are nascar races. I believe I’ll have to subscribe to sling during the season. I bought 2 fire sticks during that cyber Monday. Had to return them my internet was bot fast enough.

Very clean easy to use lots of apps to use extra movie apps

We have a Roku on all of our TVs now and got rid of the cable box. I am very happy with this remote. The voice command is cool, the search function is great. I only wish it had numbered buttons to punch in the channel I want to watch instead of scrolling for a certain channel. Easy to install and use in minutes!

Good price and excellent features, easy to use and very quick set up

I bought a Roku stick for my mother. Makes it much easier for her to switch between her streaming services and takes about 10 seconds to set-up. I love my mom, but if she can use it without an issue to turn on the power, control volume and switch services with the one-touch button, than anyone can.

Good choice for concealment and functionality via the TV controls on remote. Only drawback is the jump drive design is 90 degrees directly into back of my tv. I didn’t have enough distance for my wall mounted tv and had to request a free cable to use device. It’s not included in box but rather instructions to have mailed to your home advised in instructions.

Using the Roku Streaming Stick let us drop a cable company digital converter box, saving $9.99 per month, while still getting access to the cable channels we wanted. Since we got the Roku on sale for $29.99 it paid for itself in 3 months. Easy to set up, and easy to use. We've had this now for about two months and have had no issues at all.

I have a number of the Roku Streaming Sticks around the house and they are great. Super easy to setup and use. Tons of channels/apps to add pretty much any channel or platform you subscribe to. Very portable and easy to get running in hotels, vacation rentals, etc. I have other streaming devices as well and can say, bang for the buck, Roku is a great choice.

I don't know why anyone would pay for cable when Roku is so affordable and easy to use. I bought two of them and I have been very VERY happy with Roku. I cancelled my Direct TV and have saved hundreds of dollars per month. I could not possible watch all the channels on Direct TV. Roku is just enough.

Love the voice activated remote! Easy to use and Convenient.

I bought this for a secondary television. I had a cable box and dvd player (used to access Netflix and Amazon Prime) attached to this television. I was able to get rid of both devices. The Roku serves the exact same functions! I'll recoup the cost of the Roku in about six months with the return of cable box.

This makes it so easy to cut the cord and go streaming only. I love that one remote controls tv volume and power. Also the quick access buttons for Netflix. The power cord is a little short if you end up using it. I didn't feel it made a difference either way, so I just used the tv as the power source.
