To facilitate the transition, I bought Roku for our TVs. Easy to set up and easy to operate. Reception is excellent. I purchased streaming services and have no regrets in going off cable TV. Even if you keep your TV provider, Roku is the way to go for streaming services (Hulu, Netflix, etc.)

Didn't have to buy 2 new TVs

We already had 2 other LED TV's. This little stick means we didn't have to buy 2 new TVs. We take it to whichever TV we want to use. If we decide we need a 2nd it is still cheaper than replacing the TVs. Also useful to take on a trip to use in a hotel.

Using the spectrum app. It is get to be able to down load apps like netflix, hbo go showtime all on one device. Simple to switch between TVs. I haven taken it on vacation and used this to watch movies I have a couple Roku. Put them on any tv I don’t want cable cords hanging from. Highly recommend

I am very happy with this remote. The voice command is cool, the search function is great. I only wish it had numbered buttons to punch in the channel I want to watch instead of scrolling for a certain channel. Easy to install and use in minutes!

Roku - Streaming Stick with Voice remote

I would highly recommend the Roku - Streaming Stick with Voice remote to anyone. It's so easy to set up and use. It's a lot easier that previous models that you had to use a separate remote to turn the TV on first and that second remote forvolume. This one is all in one! Yay!

The interface is very easy to use and love the volume and TV power control on the remote no need to buy the sideclick for the Amazon Fire stick which only controls the actual interface no volume or power on TV. Go with the Roku!

Cut the cable cord!

The streaming stick is a simple, easy to use, inexpensive way to transition from cable. Plus I love its portability! If you travel, just plug it into the HDMI input on any TV and it's just like being at home! (Just don't forget your remote! But that's easily fixable, too, with the Roku app.)

Excellent Streaming Device

The beauty of Roku's menu is that in addition to streaming any of a variety of streaming services, I can also access my cable feed (Spectrum) without the need of an additional set-top box. Hence, this device pays for itself in a matter of months. Works for me!

I had a cable box and dvd player (used to access Netflix and Amazon Prime) attached to this television. I was able to get rid of both devices. The Roku serves the exact same functions! I'll recoup the cost of the Roku in about six months with the return of cable box.

Roku streaming stick

My only issue is that the unit appears to be defective in that it constantly keeps resetting and returning to the home page after using it for a couple of hours. The unit appears to be very warm, almost hot to the touch. Bought it just 3 weeks ago and will be going in to exchange it tomorrow morning. Aside from that, love the selection options available.
