Converts old TV to an entertainment powerhouse with great software. Would like better remote connectivity and bigger IR emitter so works fluidly without having to point it to the TV as often.

Because of the performance of my previous Roku products, I had no hesitation getting one for the garage.

Just cut the cord, purchased my 2nd roku stick and watch what I want when I want! Connection was easy and quick! Would definitely recommend this Roku streaming stick with voice remove. Turns the TV on & off plus volume control. Works better than my universal remote did with cable!

Good streaming device with lots of free programs

I chose it over the Amazon Firestick because I wanted to stream Youtube tv. The only thing I don't like that I also noticed with other streaming services is that programs sometimes get cutoff before they are finished. I was watching Roku's Weather Nation channel and in the middle of a forecast the channel cut off and went to a commercial. Not sure if this is the channel or the device.

Since installing, the entertainment area of my guest room is streamlined and sophisticated. I was able to eliminate an ugly cable box and all of my streaming apps are accessed from one platform. And it can be easily moved when the guest room is not in use or used in hotels when traveling.

Cheaper than cable

Better than cable any day especially for my pocketbook and I get to watch what I want

Easy to set up and use...no issues at all

Have it planned for the whole house except for the one Spectrum cable box. Have recommended it to others and the Black Friday price was an added bonus. Please keep in mind that the devise is behind the regular cable signal and is delayed maybe up to 30-45 seconds. I still recommend it for purchase.

Perfect for cutting the cord

If you do not have a USB, you can plug it into a standard outlet. Roku is very simple to use. The onscreen setup makes getting started a snap. Then you select your services such of as Hulu or Netflix, etc., and plug in your log in info. I would definitely recommend this item.

Great way to ditch the cords

I ended up getting YouTube TV because it’s compatibke with the roku. When you install the roku you plug it in to your HDMI port and you can either plug the power cord to your USB port in the Tv or wall outlet. Great way to minimize cables! Only bad thing I have to say is when you turn your tv on it takes a second to bring you to your home screen. Also other cool features you can turn the tv and adjust the volume from the remote!

Way more channel options on this device. It's my 'go to' viewing device. Easy to set up - plug it in, connect to wifi and you're off. Highly recommend, buy it now, you won't regret it. P.S. This is portable! Us it on your laptop, hotel room, etc.
