I love my Roku. Set up is easy and it is fast and clear

It took a little time, but was fairly easy to follow the instructions for setting up my Roku account and selecting the various streaming channels I wanted to access. Be aware that the majority of them require the purchase of a monthly subscription, (most offering a free one-month trial) but there is some free content available (like Sony Crackle.) Our household was already paying for Amazon Prime, so it was well worth the price of the stick to be able to access the Prime programming.

I bought this to supplement my Apple TV and Amazon Firestick. Way more channel options on this device. It's my 'go to' viewing device. Easy to set up - plug it in, connect to wifi and you're off. Highly recommend, buy it now, you won't regret it. P.S. This is portable! Us it on your laptop, hotel room, etc.

I have a Sony flatscreen that is not a smart TV. So I bought this Roku to stream all my favorite apps like Netflix, YouTube, and I specifically like that you can stream Spectrum TV without a cable box which cost an extra $10 per month. There's no lag or screen freezing with the Roku that I purchased. I would recommend this product.

I was initially skeptical of this device as I primarily used the apps that I could download on my smart TV. I bought this for a TV that didn't have the ability to launch apps and I am super impressed. The time it takes to load and the ease at navigating through the apps blows the smart TV software out of the water. Great job Roku team!

Love it! Just cut the cord, purchased my 2nd roku stick and watch what I want when I want! Connection was easy and quick! Would definitely recommend this Roku streaming stick with voice remove. Turns the TV on & off plus volume control. Works better than my universal remote did with cable!

I love the layout and how easy the Roku menu is to use. When I first got this, it was over heating a lot but Roku gave me an adapter which extended it further away from the TV and I no longer had that issue. The only other problem I have is how it warns you when the batteries in the remote die . It will give you a warning when it gets "low" but then the remote will last for weeks after that warning and then finally lose connection randomly when it does die.

The Roku Streaming Stick works perfectly. It is easy to set up and operate. I would recommend ordering the HDMI extender cord (Roku provides it free, you just have to request it). The extender gets the device away from the TV itself; Roku recommends this if you are having trouble with the remote communicating with the Stick.

I finally decided to cut the cord and sign up for SlingTV. I have a Chromecast but decided to get the Roku Stick because of the remote. Great decision. My only issue is sometimes when using the SlingTV app for a few hours or when quickly sipping back and forth between channels, the Roku reboots. Other than that it has been great.

So simple. We got this as a temporary solution while moving, to use until we got our cable hooked up but love it so much we still haven't hooked up cable, no need to! We have plenty to watch with Netflix and amazon prime through the Roku. Plus the Roku has a free channel with some pretty good stuff available too.

I have a Roku TV and 2 Roku sticks already, before I purchased this 3rd stick for a small tv I moved to the garage that is used when I am working on some project or my jeep. Because of the performance of my previous Roku products, I had no hesitation getting one for the garage.

I just changed my tv service to Spectrum Cable. To avoid monthly costs for cable boxes, Spectrum recommended purchasing Roku’s. After reading up online, I decided to give the Roku streaming stick a try. I am really happy with the quality and user friendly functionality of the Roku. I like that the stick is hidden behind the tv. The remote is small and works really well. I have experienced little to no buffering / lagging. I would highly recommend the Roku streaming stick to anyone.

My Roku is awesome. It makes TV viewing super accessible and simple. I don't know why I waited so long. The salesperson at Best Buy was awesome in helping me choose the best device for my needs. I'm glad I listened to him rather than reading some other online ratings. Basically, all you do is plug in the stick for great results.

Roku tv is 3 years old and doesn't want to connect to internet anymore so we bought this Roku stick to use for streaming. It works so fast but the remote stopped controlling the Roku stick and now only controls Roku tv. Since they are both Roku it's a constant problem. It works great but don't get it for a Roku tv.

I have used several Roku products before.......this one is the best stick thus far......ability to turn tv on/off, and having volume control, eliminates the tv remote.....also the processor is much faster than the old sticks, with instant response.......the Roku allows me to move our 40" tv outside on the deck, with no reception problems.....
