roku was very easy to install an set up . Save me so much money got rid of the dish After 11 years , should have done it sooner. Only thing is 2 weeks after getting it my tv took a crap had to buy a new TV so now I'd need it since new TV has everything on it that roku has .

The addition of the volume control makes this a definite step up over our other Roku devices. We already knew Roku works well for us. Roku is a great platform. We love it. Lucky for us, we got ours via Best Buy's Deal of the Day. So, the value is really there.

Overall responsiveness/speed of this ROKU device is very good, however, I was surprised that it occasionally overheats with 3+ continuous hours of use. And I am disappointed that you cannot select or change the pre-programmed buttons on the remote. Why bother having them if the consumer does not use them? (My guess is that ROKU receives $ sponsorship from those companies. Which is not a consumer-centered practice.)

Bought this for my bedroom tv instead of another apple TV. Don't really watch that much TV in the bedroom anyway. So for what I needed it works just great! I'm not tech savvy so it took about 30 minutes to figure out how to set it up but should be easy for anyone with technical knowledge to set up much quicker.

I have a tv in an area that did not have a cable drop. The CS agent suggested I buy a Roku instead of having a drop installed. It also made an old tv into a streaming tv as a bonus. It also works great as a remote replacement executing the power and volume changes with little to know delay.

This Roku Streaming Stick is the best thing for streaming all sorts of live tv and an endless amount of apps for more free and subscription for your viewing pleasure. No need for another remote. this Roku has on/off, volume and voice recognition. Just say "Happy Days" and it tells you how best to watch it. Easy to use.

Oveall I'm happy with this device. The only issue I've had was with the spectrum app, not this device itself. With the spectrum app it tends to reboot frequently when exiting on demand. With the other apps it behaves fine. That tells me it's a spectrum issue not Roku. Worth the purchase.

We wanted to watch tv down stairs, although not as often as we do up stairs, with similar features to our roku that is upstairs. So far so good. This remote is about half of the costs of our roku upstairs but we can take the stick with us to other places when we are traveling and still watch our Hulu and Netflix shows.

This is my first stream device since I switched from dish. I have to tell you that I don’t regret it all. My family and I enjoy watching all our content on the Roku stick. Everything is so easy from the installation to streaming content. I highly recommend buying roku if you are looking to get the best for the buck.

This is my 2nd Roku stick I buy.. I purchased this device for my 82 yr. old mom and absolutely love to see her enjoy watching all her favorite movies. This product is easy to hook up to your TV and very easy to use.

Comes with the Disney+ Hulu and Netflix shortcut buttons. You can download an app on your phone and do everything the controller does AND you can type out a title you’re searching for on your phone so it doesn’t take forever going letter by letter worth the price 100%

I had an older Roku before this one and this one just picks up where that one left off. It allows me to stream Philo which lets me see the shows I want without having to pay outrageously for cable. Plus with all the other free streaming services, I can find plenty of shows and movies to fill my time. Love it!

The Roku Streaming Stick with Voice Remote is great. I enjoy it so much. You can use it on your TV and get so many good programs, movies, news and music channels. With Roku, you don't need a box from a cable company in order to see you TV. I recommend it highly.

My plasma TV is older and the smart apps are limited. I wanted to get an HD roku stick so I could watch all the newer apps. I put the stick in the HDMI port, plugged it up, turned on the TV and it was setup in minutes. Now I can watch all my cable channels through their app and everything else. Works perfect.

The guys are Best Buy told me about the ROKU stick and I am so happy with the purchase. Spectrum forced us to convert to digital and I was concerned that I would have to rent boxes for each of my TVs. If you have Spectrum internet, you can use the ROKU stick. It is easy to set-up and I prefer the ROKU to the digital box.

Bought this at same time as our Apple TV as we cut the cord with cable and went solely streaming. My wife likes this better than our Apple TV and I have to agree pricewiae. Although not as integrated as the Apple as you would expect, second to none I. Terms of streaming and organization as well as ease of use.
