I've purchased multiple models for myself and family. If you can't make this device work, you can't read and follow very simple instructions or you lack common sense, really!! This device is super simple to set up and it just works, if you have any PC savvy at all it would be hard to get it to fail.

Roku is by far the best streaming device out there. From the ease of use to the plethora of channels it just beats everything else. We recently received an Apple TV for signing up for a streaming service but have really gotten used to it. I am now replacing it with the Roku I just purchased.

Easy to set up and easy to use. I has all apps I need. It is a streaming stick so I is basic.

Bought this after being sick and tired of paying $200 for cable and never being able to find something to watch. There are so many different and affordable options now. Just plugged it into the back of the tv and off to cheaper and more options of things to watch

This is a great roku, easy set up, also you can control the volume of your tv with the remote control.

Being a Roku user for years and very happy to see improvement on speed and easiness in navigation.

We loveee our Roku, just so much easier and faster than apps on samsung TV. It's easy to just switch to another room too. No logging back in or anything. WE\e are switching for now in hopes of getting the Roku sound bar when it comes out for other TV.

This streaming stick is terrific. I can stream Netflix and Amazon Video and Kanopy which together have most of what I need. My Chromecast handles the rest. The remote is super convenient and small. The only thing it can’t do is set the timers to shut off the TV. Almost ready to cut the cord.

I decided my cable bill was getting out of control. I got rid of some of my services and equipment. I bought 2 Roku sticks to replace 2 cable boxes. They were easy to set up. I can get Spectrum and my other streaming services. We did have to move our WiFi box closer to the TVs.

So I had bought a blue ray player to stream my Youtube and Netflix but stopped working. So I had decided to buy a smart tv but the guy at the store told us what Roku was heard of it from some smart tvs have it built in so for 35 or so bucks now I don't have to pay way more for a tv.Its awesome love it.

This Roku streaming stick is an easy way to get streaming to an HD TV using its HDMI insert. It is a simple set-up process and it is very easy to use. Grandparents love it and use it any day they are watching any of their many streaming services. *Internet and television not included.

I bought the Apple TV and have had nothing but frustrations with its lack of abilities to control the apps from the remote. This ROKU is awesome. The ability to Fast forward - skip and rewind are jumps ahead of the competition. Much easier scrolling. and even better buffering than my apple TV.

A little expensive, but not too bad if you catch it on sale. I love that the remote also controls the TV volume and power, so you don't need to manage 2 remotes. There are a lot of free apps and its compatible with most streaming apps.

The Geek Squad recommended this Roku for my streaming TV channels. I had to get the GEEK Squad to come to my home to set it up, however. It has worked great ever since. I don't know what they did but it works!!

This is my third Roku. I bought it when my TV Wi-Fi connection went down. Roku platform is easy. Given the low cost of it we keep one for travel as well when we stay in an Airbnb that way we get all of our content all the time

Roku was easy to set up and easy to use even though I had never used anything like it before. It enables us to view television programs and movies that are not available with just our television antenna. We choose not to have cable and this is an economic alternative that meets our entertainment expectations.

We bought a Roku and finally ditched cable for good after our cable bill tripled with no notification. The Roku has been excellent so far (1 month in). With the Roku, we have Roku channels, Hulu, Sling, Netflix, Amazon and more. So much available content, my only regret is not going this route sooner!

Got this Roku streaming stick for an older TV in the guest room expecting it to work as smoothly as the one in our living room does. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. The device continues to overheat making it unusable. That said, a cause may be the external HDMI adapter used with this Roku, but the adapter itself does not appear to have issues. Hoping this doesn't continue once plugged directly into a newer TV.

Bought the Roku to stream Sling tv after cutting the cable cords. Worth the money so far, saving $$.

I was able to return my cable tv box and have even more app entertainment options on my tv. I wish I purchased one long ago. I also like it is portable so I can move it when I want to use the tv in our cellar on rare occasions saving me money needing a dedicated unit that won’t get used.
