Roku has been great for helping us cut back on our cable bill. our provider charges us $10 per cable box and with our big family that adds up. You can use the network apps, SlingTV or DirectvNOW apps flawlessly, and if the investment helps you save a few bucks after a couple of months, why not!

I have purchased two of these Roku devices. They work very well with Comcast. I was able to return two of the cable boxes I was paying for. It allows me to get all the channels I have on main TV. Also there are other Roku channels that are available free. I picked the voice remote devices. One of my friends purchsed the one w/o voice and was satisfied with it. If i purchase another I would still buy one with the voice option.

Overall, very good. I use it to get in to Spectrum and the one failing is that you cannot jump from one channel to the next. You have to go through channel by channel till you get the one you want. I watch channel 3 and channel 996 a lot. That is one long wait as you go from 3 to 996!! But using Roku and returning the Spectrum box saves me 8,50/month. So, Roku pays for itself

Purchased this to expand my sports viewing options, particularly football, by means other than DirecTV. Allows me to do so while in the process making a "dumb" TV "smart" thus eliminating the purchase of a new tv in order to utilize my internet connection for streaming sports.

I wanted to have TV in my bedroom but avoid the charge for a cable box. Roku has what I need and saved me $10/mo

Awesome device. I wish I would have cut the cord a year ago. Combined with Hulu live I get all the channels I normally watch including live local plus more sports channels than Spectrum provided all for more than $100 less every month. Plus picture is much clearer than spectrum. NO REGRETS

I purchased Roku streaming stick a couple of years ago and recently purchased this one. They are easy to use and set up. The only thing that I would change is that controller needs to have numbers and be able to change channels and a mute button. I have purchased Roku's for several family members.

Good streaming device, access to many movies/shows, easy to set up, so far I am very happy with it

I love this stick format - nice and small easy to carry on vacation. USe your phone as remote and you don't even need to carry that with you just this little stick. Make sure you bring 6 foot mini USB cable and block in case the TV USB wont power it.

I am 62 and it was fairly easy for me to set up and begin using. My only caution would be your selection of programs you want to see. If you only want the free programs be careful in your selections to make sure that they are not charging your account.There is a great selection of free ones.

The Roku stick was a great option for getting away from having a lot of cable boxes in our home. You get so many more channels than what our current cable companies are offering, and the price is definitely better. A high recommendation if you're looking to get away from paying less in the long run!

After buying a new Roku-ready TV, we were anxious to make sure we took advantage of all the extras. The Roku Streaming Stick is terrific! Especially love the voice activation/search feature. Quick & easy to plug in & fun to use. If you buy a Roku TV, you should treat yourself to the Streaming Stick.

I was looking for a Roku without spending a lot of money in case we did not like it. The salesman recommended this model that would do everything I was trying to achieve. He was so correct. This was so easy to set up and to use. We are loving it and loving catching up on movies we had previously missed.

Love the new features included with the updated Roku stick. An excellent product that makes a smart tv smarter.

We bought both the Fire Stick and Roku. Both are very easy to use. I actually prefer the Roku by just a little bit. The only reason is because the remote for the Fire Stick sometimes doesn’t work on the first try...I guess catches interference. Would recommend if interested in getting rid of satellite tv.

Excellent QLED picture & sound. It was easy for me to install While the TV has the user manual loaded on line, it was frustrating to download a PDF to view on my PC. A negative, for the price Samsung should include a hard copy with the TV. It would have made the setup much easier

I purchased this roku stick so I could eliminate one of my cable boxes, and I couldn’t be happier. The setup was easy and the channels that are available on this is amazing. Once it is setup you can stream off of your Wi-Fi and the channels are endless. You won’t go wrong with this little guy..

With the Roku streaming stick I was able to return my cable box and save a great deal of money yearly. I am able to get all of the stations that I was getting on the cable box plus the other apps. Also with the streaming stick I only have to use one remote control. I am very happy with this purchase

I love my Roku. I purchased it so I could get certain streaming services. It works flawlessly. It's also easy to use given it is IR so it can be placed behind the tv and still be very responsive to the remote.

I debated between Roku and Amazon Fire Stick, and boy was I glad to get the ROKU! It is everything and more than I expected and we are able to browse so much more than we were able to before. I love the capability of private listening when I want to watch and let my husband sleep!
