Bought this because I lost remote to my tv. It works as needed, great that you just plug and play. Used it on spare tv in bedroom that wasn’t a smart tv. Apps work as they should, sometimes a display will pop up unit overheating.

This product is slick and portable. Love the built in apps, install process is easy (for me) but I'm thinking of other non-tech savvy folks out there. You'll need someone who know how to navigate through the registration process. The user interface is great and user-friendly. I like the Roku Stick!

Had a stick previously, but never really used it. Once we got to looking at everything it does, it is really useful to have. Can use all our favorite apps and don't have to play them via the Blu-ray player. And don't have to use phone battery to cast to the TV.

Great product for Spectrum cable subscribers who don't want cable boxes in each room to view cable channels. I will explain. The Roku devices provide a Spectrum app that can be used on a smart tv or regular tv enabling said tvs to stream Spectrum channels.

Can’t go wrong with Roku. I had to replace an Apple TV that was going bad, was it updating. This works just fine, use it in the garage when I’m working out. I have probably four Roku devices and love all of them.

With my cable bill climbing, I had enough and decided to cut the cord and bought a Roku streaming stick. This was best purchase ever! With tons of apps available, I can now enjoy watching all the movies and tv shows I want without cable tv expense!

We installed these roku’s in our 7 bedroom beach house, elimination Spectrum cable box rentals. We then just stream from the cable app. We’ve cut $55/mo from our bill. Spectrum is still too high, so looking to cut further.

The current Roku devices are by far the easiest to use interface, quick response and works with nearly every service. Have the remote is really much easier than using a phone or other device to control, but they support that option as well.

Great little streaming stick. I am very satisfied with the roku brand, and for a 1080 tv this little guy was perfect. The remote included IR support for the tv itself which is perfect for volume and power control.

Perfect for my family that just cut the cord. We don't miss cable except for not getting ABC LIVE in our area. Also we have had periodic issues where the remote will not work and we had to turn the Roku stick off, unplug it then start over. Lastly we did get a warning that it was about to overheat. Very strange. Over all we love it and would buy it again.

This is the second one of these I’ve purchased. Works great and is less costly than running cable to rooms in my house that doesn’t have it. Saves money on your xfinity bill cause it streams all their channels without renting their box

Bought this for traveling and it works great in most hotels.

I've yet to use the voice function, but having the capability to change the volume and turn the tv off and on is perfect in addition to the roku perks, which is extremely helpful in keeping my 7 year old from losing this remote. It is far too valuable.

I Absolutely like this product a lot!!! It is easy to set up and easy to use. I would definitely recommend this ROKU to anyone!!! I bought this for one of our older TV’s and it works well.

The device works very well and Roku give you some free movies and series; later, you have to select what do you want to watch among different packages from Sling, Netflix, etc. You are going to stop paying the more than $30 abusive Comcast extra-charges.

Finally found a way to continue to get all the channels I need, and save money from cable TV companies. Internet only plus Roku, along with a digital antenna, did it for me. For a small fee, I even added an international channel to my Roku. Great product!

Awesome product. Easy to set up and use. I originally purchased the roku stick for one TV and then purchased a second stick for an additional TV. It is a very reliable product and I would highly recommend to those who are ready to switch from cable to streaming.

This device works great with the Spectrum TV app, as well as Netflix, You Tube, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and all the standard online services. It also works well with the major networks’ online offerings. Don’t be concerned if you are looking for a newer TV app, this device gets downloads to its software occasionally for added capability. If your modem has both 2 and 5 ghz bands, this device seems to work best with the 5 ghz. Don’t worry, though; if your modem has only one band, it is designed to work well with either band. I use the usb power hookup on the TV to power my Roku device, and it works wonderfully. Keep in mind this device is made for flat screen TVs with HDMI. There is a Roku device made for the older TVs, but even they will need to have the (3 cable) Composite (L sound, R sound, Color picture - red, white & yellow) inputs ..... and I believe it is ONLY available thru WalMart.

This is the 2nd Roku stik i have purchased. My original for an older model tv. I have a few glitches now & then. May be stik or remote,not sure. Having a smart tv for 2nd purchase definitely improved all aspects of use. Voice search is great & simple. Bought to get rid of satellite charges & couldn’t be happier! Setup is quick & EZ. Do it! You won’t regret it!

Supports major streaming options. I evaluated HULU, amazon Prime, and sling. all performed well. Also used miracast to wirelessly connect my laptop to my TV. Works well Nice way to share computer content to a group. Make any HD TV with HDMI a smart TV.
