Roku channel has lots or free content plus pay for content. You can access any of the pay tv subscription services. We are trying PlaystationVue's $ 45 a month package.

Warning: The device may require more power than your TV USB ports provide. In this case you'll need to use the included power cord.

Easy enough for a neophyte

It does require some setup. But that mostly consists of finding the model number on your tv and typing it in on the screen. The rest is automated. Last step is to select your streaming service. Then push the house button and start watching.

I returned the Amazon Firestick which didn't work at all and didn't want to be required to operate with Alexa. Roku has so many great features.

Con: Unit get very very warm. Can't be good for it. No matter which stick you buy, be aware that spectrums app. Is horrable and interferes with your enjoyment of this product.

Also, you can tie it into your cable box to get your cable channels. I have had it over a year and still haven't figured it all out!

Amazing product!

I love the volume buttons on the side and the voice remote. Very easy to install and update, and download the app for more FUN! totally recommend.

Save money by getting this instead of putting another cable box outside$$

Made A Normal HDTV A Smart TV

This being one of three models I purchased. Since I already had a Roku account, setup was a breeze. Simply plug in, setup WiFi and you're off!

Very user friendly. tons of free content as well as the Spectrum Cable TV app and most networks! Will be buying one for each TV!

They turn tv on and off so I don’t need to use two remotes. My kids love watching YouTube. I am getting ready to try directtv now with this device.

It just flat out works! Its speedy and has all the top apps that anyone would need. Also great Plex support for home media library's!

Great upgrade from my earlier model

Was forced to upgrade with the newer model. Absolutely pleased. Faster and more user friendly. Easy to set up and controls the TV on/off and volume.

Love my Roku

Recently cancelled my Directv subscription because of the increasing rates and couldn't be happier with my Roku. Easy installation and easy to use.

So far, this has been the case. Setup was simple and fast and we were watching shows within 15 minutes of opening the box.
