What an excellent product! Really easy to use and so fast. I'm planning to buy two more.

I purchased this device to be used with my TV on my deck. There was no issue with downloading the product. Picture is very good even though my router is downstairs in my basement. I plan to purchase additional Roku's for my other TVs which will allow me to get rid of the cable digital boxes that cost me $8 a month.

Easy to setup and get up and running. Glad I went with a 4k compatible to future proof.

Purchased 4 for 2 houses. All devices were the Roku Ultra. They all work off ethernet, and they all work flawlessly. I do have one streaming stick and it works just as well. The streaming stick is in line of sight and only 25 feet from the router. I also love the fact that you can stream Xfinity or Spectrum cable companies with Roku instead of renting another cable box. Just a great product!

I have always appreciated the interface and general fair treatment toward apps on Roku devices. I bought this to replace a Roku 2 and use the DirecTV Now app. Unfortunately, DirecTV Now and HBO Go were unwatchable on this Roku (and the Roku stick). For background, I have gig speed internet, nighthawk x10 router, and I had the Roku wired in. But, at least with these two apps, the buffering was constant. (You can read about this problem and DirecTV's unresponsiveness with an internet search). I tried everything to resolve the problem but after weeks of trying I had to exchange this and the Roku stick for different products. I paid for a consumer product that shouldn't require all that effort out of the box. When I bought the Roku Ultra, I also picked up the Roku stick and Apple TV 4k. I had the same problems with the stick that I had on the ultra. However, the apps are flawless on the Apple TV. I wasn't an apple person but it seems that they (Apple) are extracting/insisting upon good app maintenance and development. The apps I use also play perfectly on my Amazon Fire TV box. Would love to use Roku devices in the future but the app developers need to be committed to them as well.

Excellent streaming device. Easy to setup, gui is easy to follow, and a useful remote.

My apartment complex let’s us only have spectrum tv or internet. So to save money on having to get extra cable boxes for my son and me and my wife’s room. Got this baby and use the spectrum tv app on it and watch everything we want streaming on it without having to pay for extra cable boxes monthly. Of course YouTube and Netflix are app so yea. Gots everything I need.

Got rid of cable and substituted this Ruku. It was the perfect solution to high cable bills. Works just as advertised and has more features than I can use. Love it.

Much easier to use than Apple 4K TV. Adding HDMI cable makes picture sharper.

This box is awesome. Is a little bit faster than the fire stick. But, after having it for 6 months, I've noticed a little "hiccup" when watching movies. ESPN and general. Its sorta like a skip. I checked for updates with the software and nothing. Reset my router, nothing. I contacted Roku and was told it was "my wifi". I currently am getting 300 Mbps speed, I have it hardwired to my router. Im no fool when it comes to electronics (being a Mechanical Engineer). Hoping that there will be similar types of issues that arise, and they'll have a new software update.

This is an excellent product that gives my aging smart TV with limited apps a new lease on life. I was shocked to see that Roku had access to over 1,000 channels. I already had an Amazon Prime & VUDU account and setting them up on the ROKU was easy. It also streams these apps faster than the apps on the TV itself. The Roku itself is easy to setup and takes up very little space.
