Purchased this Roku Ultra Streaming Player when I cut the cord. Pleased with this device for the most part. Occasionally, it needs to be rebooted. I just wish it had a 'mute' button on the volume control. A backlit display would be desirable, too. The remote is a comfortable size and all functions can be easily handled with one hand.

The Roku Stick works great! I use it with Hulu (with LIve TV). I have no negative comments about it whatsoever. I also use an Apple TV device with another TV -- I like the Roku better (and it was much less expensive).

Great streaming device as all apps are available. The remote with power and volume for the TV gets you to one remote for almost all of your needs unless you have a DVD player. This is the perfect cord cutters box.

We got rid of our expensive cable and bought this Roku. We do not regret at all. We can now watch what we want and the picture and sound is great. We have surround sound and it sounds like we are at the movies!!

I only use Netflix and Amazon, but it works great and the PQ is excellent on SDR and HDR. I also like that it has 24hz output. Just as an experiment I tried out a Vudu UHD title with HDR, PQ was surprisingly good.

I did not buy the stick ROKU I bought the box and I love that there is not lagging great stream no interruptions. The only think I don’t like is when using the Spectrum app you have to go through all the channels you cannot hit 110 and enter, you have to start from 2 and go through each channel. Sleek design easy to mount behind tv no wires.

This version of the Roku is fast and ultra simple to set up and use. This is my 5th Roku (I still have 3 others running in different locations) and they just keep getting better. The 4k quality is excellent.

Super easy to install and use. Can have multiple profiles for the entire family. You can use any universal headset to listen without disrupting anybody. Love to watch tv on bed, with this option I can do it.

This is my 3rd Roku unit. I also have a Roku TV and stick. We just recently dumped cable TV so we wanted a good way to watch TV still. This has been great. Fast and easy to use. The voice search is pretty neat too.

I've used Otterbox Defender cases for my Galaxy phones for years. While I don't drop them often, and I'm usually careful with them, sometimes a phone slips or gets knocked off a desk or counter. I've never had to worry with an Otterbox case, because I know if I drop my phone by accident, it wont have a nick or a crack on it. The S9 plus series does not have the built in screen protector of earlier models, but I haven't found this to be an issue at all. Some people don't like cases, or find them bulky, but I prefer the case to having a cracked/ruined cell phone and doing the replacement dance/expense. Also, when it's time to upgrade, I know my phone with be in mint condition cosmetically, which helps the value.

Since I have access to ethernet connection near my television, I chose the ultra. I have been very happy with my choice. Not one instance of buffering during a program. Excellent product, easy setup, easy to use.

While the remote works much faster and seems very easy to use, the earphones and private sound are another matter. The sound isn't very clear or loud enough. I tried a pair of good earphones but they would not work. I'm told that using the earphones will drain the battery quickly but have not used the earphones enough to test this.

I own more Rokus than I care to admit (over 8 anyway) and this one by far surpasses them all in every way; it's fast, beautiful 4K content, even the remote feels sturdier. Not a single complaint from me

All Roku products are good. Be careful when purchasing all Roku’s as the remote makes a big difference. Since no Roku’s have Bluetooth like Apple TV then it is worth it to ensure you get a model that the remote offers the headphone jack in the remote. The roku ultra does. So this model is a great top of the line Roku option.

I've cut the cable. Roku allows me to watch my shows.
