I upgraded my ROKU player - and now I love the volume feature added to the remote. I would like to be able to have a wristlet strap added back on to the remote since I do not utilize the mobile phone app for controls ( my kids use the app)

Happy with everything except the voice options. Voice options is very limited

New to cord-cutting, and the Roku Ultra has been the saving grace. We also use a Chromecast but were having buffering and delay issues from sites like Kanopy and even PBS. Now on the Roku it all works just like cable. I'm impressed.

The Roku experience is by far the best - better than Chromecast, which is simply a destination for streaming from your device, and better than Fire Stick/TV because the apps are better designed and the experience is more fluent on the Roku.

I had a roku years ago but gave it away because I didn’t need it anymore. I now have a 4K system and wanted a streaming device to match. The new roku had good reviews and lots of features. I have been very satisfied with this product.

I bought this to replace a failing Roku 2. I like that the remote is now capable of controlling the volume and powering on and off of the tv. I chose this model because I wanted one that still allowed me to hardwire my internet connection.

Product works well and is very easy to set up. I would recommend the product.

Bought 3 of these for streaming tv. At this price it should come with HDMI cable, which is necessary for hookup.

My husband and I were hoping the new Roku stick would work more effectively than our previous one—we were wrong.

The cable is old in our condominium and instead of spending an enormous amount of money to replace the cable we bought a Roku box. The TV in our bedroom works great and we are saving money every month by not renting a cable box.

This Roku worked as advertised. Like the earbuds from remote feature.

This is my fourth Roku Ultra. I have these in four rooms. It's great to have to watch movies on and there are a lot of free channels so it won't break the bank. I just wish my ISP was cheaper.

I enjoy using the Roku as my media app streamer. The global search portion of menu is very useful, as well as the wide range of apps available. I think this player is very user friendly, and ended up getting one for the parents.

Bought since cable company said you need a box to use or no cable well this took care of it and then some with all the added features, it’s crazy now that I have and look back and say what the heck was I doing why did I wait so long

This device works great! What I didn't know when I bout it was that the Roku remote has preset buttons for Netflix, Hulu, Sling and HBO Now. You don't get any choice on the remote, you must order a different remote if you want different buttons. There is no way to change the mapping in the software. If there was a way to re-map the buttons I would give it 5 stars.

I got this when Spectrum changed to all digital, so that I don't have to pay for a cable box. The Spectrum App for Roku does the job. Note that if you have a Samsung smart TV, it may support the Spectrum App already.

I can not tell you how much I truly enjoy this device. I bought a couple to replace cable boxes and save some money and use the streaming app that comes with my service. I can tell you I wish I would have done it sooner.
