This is my latest ROKU purchase, I have had one of every generation over the years, and will likely continue to do so. Slick, nicely built would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Awesome little device does everything you need it to. Just 2 things to consider you need a 4K compatible hdmi cable, also there is no way to turn off the device unless you fully unplug it.

Didn’t want to call cable company for wiring and another box for office area. Found the Roku can be used along with your cable account to watch a lot of live tv. Very happy with Roku TV!

We finally cut the cable and got rid of Spectrum. Since we already had accounts with places like Netflix and Amazon Prime video, we can still be entertained without the insane cable bill.

Bellsouth's wifi leaves a whole to be desired. Nothing would work/load on wifi. Chose this for the hard wiring and the CAT 5 connection. Now it hiccups rarely, and that when it is warming up.

Make sure your router is wireless A/C or you have a cat5 cable to connect. Without your unit will be buffering constantly. Once connected properly it works without problem. Setup is very easy.

At first i was having problems and was close to returning the item because of some issues with apps. But i realized it was a settings error and once that was fixed ive had no issues

The buffering isn't bad at all on this player! my husband is really happy!. What we dont like is we have to go in and turn off roku! otherwise its great getting ready to buy another one.

I have to give 4 stars to this product just because didn't have the streaming quality that I expected, bought it just with the simple idea to use it with Xfinity stream app and turned out that doesn't stream HD , so I returned, the others apps like Netflix, Amazon those are great but nothing to impress .

our new ROKU is giving us much more in entertainment than any cable channel. we love being able to watch so much for so much less than we were paying. Saving $100.00 per month.

I went to Best Buy because I knew I would get honest input on best streaming device to buy. I settled on the Roku and have been VERY happy.

I got the Roku Ultra because I wanted the reliability of a wired connection since I got rid of my cable. It was easy to set up and so far no issues. It was on sale so that was a bonus.

It’s great has a variety of “channels” for adults and children and this one has a remote finder which I’ve had to use three times already!

Get rid of Optimum and Fios now. Waste of money. We cut cable and used a Roku Ultra and Sling TV and it has been the greatest ever.

Have used Roku, Chromecast, and Amazon streaming devices. I like Roku devices best. Overall usability. Apps available. Also like USB port for my external drive with all my digital media.

Bought 2 of these, and one stick. Stick failed, but these are still working great two years after purchase. Can even be taken to vacation destinations.

We have had this Roku for over 2 years now. It is still going strong. Smooth operation. No glitches, unlike the Amazon Fire TV which freezes sometimes.

This is the only device that will work with Xfinity Stream app. Love that it has a Ethernet port built in. Works great, no issues.

As soon as I was able to hook it up, it already felt like it was more smoother than my first one. I love that you can speak into the remote & its easier to glide through the device.

I updated my old Roku and this one is well worth the price. Voice search is very accurate. Find the remote chime has limited quite a bit of frustration when the remote runs away.
