I've been using Roku since their first box over 10 years ago. Unlike other tech, it gets better every generation! Not only is it faster to operate than the Roku 2 or 3, but it also has a remote that can control your TV's volume as well as powering it on or off.

The interface is easy to use and there are many streaming options to choose from. It only took a few minutes to set up the streaming stick and there have been few instances of picture fade or signal loss when watching programs. Very pleased with this product!

We love this so much we are getting ready to buy 2 more and cut the cord in cable tv!

Roku is, hands down, the best streaming device out there. The Ultra takes it to another level with more bells and whistles like 4k, voice remote, and best of all headphone jack for private listening.

Glad I moved up to the ultimate rocky, works great and will buy for my other TV’s.

Great hardware. More importantly best choice for someone who isn't or doesn't want to be locked-in to an ecosystem. Supports: Google Play Videos, Amazon Prime Videos, Hulu, Movies Anywhere, Vudu, Youtube, HBO GO, CBS All Access, Netflix, Plex ...... Also has a USB port so you can play videos from removable storage. Unless you're locked-in to Apple's ecosystem, you can't go wrong with this.

Easy set up and with Ethernet plug in, the streaming is perfect...even running on 15 mbps! The remote is great with on/off and volume control as well as earphones/ jack for private listening. The Roku channels available at no cost are a bonus .

I love the speed and clarity of the picture with the Roku - Ultra Streaming Media Player. I also like that I can control the TV volume with the remote and listen to shows with the earbuds late at night without disturbing anyone in the house.

I bought this to replace my cable subscription and it has not let me down. It was easy to set up and I have access on my phone to all the programming I get through it. Stellar picture quality and easy to use even the kids have figured it out quickly.

Easy to use. Other streaming devices require use of other remotes (tv) along with device remote. Not this one. Can adjust volume and turn tv set on and off using rokui remote. Remote finder ability makes it worthwhile as I tend to misplace remotes.

I bought the Roku to get off of standard cable due to ever increasing rates and having to play the disconnect game just to get reasonable monthly rates. The Roku worked perfectly at first then after a few months it just quit working all together. I called Roku who said take it back to BestBuy. BestBuy told me I needed to send it back to Roku for repair/replacement. After a discussion with a person at the return desk they ended up replacing the unit in store for me! The new one works perfectly but I am holding my breath for a couple months hoping I do not see a repeat! I decided to buy the warranty from Geek Squad just in case so I would not have to send the thing back to Roku if this one breaks as well. Thank you Best Buy for your great customer service! I have always had great service at Best Buy and will only buy my electronics here!

The Ultra is the best streamer Roku has ever made. Very snappy response. Excellent picture. Excellent sound. Love the remote control. Works on TV sound and works even when not in line of site.

This is s great device! It was very easy to set up. It is very easy to use as well. The picture quality is awesome. I would definitely recommend the Roku box to anyone looking to purchase for the first time or upgrade from an older model.

Got for my parents and their new TV. Looks great and is very easy to use.

I recently dropped my cable plan for Hulu with live streaming. After initially trying the Roku stick I was not convinced of the quality (non-existant/television was unbearable). I returned the stick and decided to take one more shot at live streaming. I spoke with a Best Buy employee in Dedham and was told the streaming sticks lack computing power and wifi is never as good as a hardwire connection. I then purchased the Roku Ultra and was immediately impressed. With an ethernet connection the quality of the content improved drastically. No more repeating of media every 30 seconds, HD picture was consistent. And I save $100/mo. by cutting the cord. The box is small with a low profile and You don’t even notice it is there. If you are thinking about cutting the cord I would only recommend the Roku Ultra.
