Not so easy to install

It was not that "user friendly" for someone who is not a "techy" type person, if you ask me. I was very frustrated at the first attempt and was successful on my second attempt. I do love using the Roku, but not so easy to install.

Just a bit cumbersome to use

Of course this may be a bit biased due to the fact that we were already used to Amazon Fire tech. All in all, they could do a better job on the UI all around.
