The remote replaces the my older remote that didn't seem to be working very well any more. This one works great and I like the idea of being able to plug it in to recharge the batteries.

This is exactly what I have been looking for. A Roku Remote that lights up in the dark. No more fumbling with the buttons and pushing the wrong ones. This is my second replacement remote. This is the only remote to have when using Roku. I did buy a charging cord for it because the one that came with the regular recharging remote that came with the Roku television unit did not fit.
