It should be a standard remote honestly, especially when you buy an actual ROKU TV, which I did. It's only included on the top of the line "Pro" models.

Found this one at a great price and the best part that the buttons are back lit and this remote is rechargeable USB-C.

My Samsung has been around for a long time. Features were nice...light up, locater,size. No more to say...minimum of 50 words is a bit silly. Please adjust need for a minimum number of typed words.

Posted .Hi Georges, thank you for sharing. This behavior is not normal. Are you referring to the functions of the power and volume buttons? In the meantime, we recommend updating your Roku device to the latest software version to ensure optimal performance. To do this step, Go to Home > Settings > System > Software Update > Check Now for updates. Also, try resetting your remote for the TV control. You can follow this step: Press Home>Setting>Remote & Devices>Remote>Choose your voice remote from the list and select Set up remote for TV control. Finally here we are, 10 years later, ROKU did it! The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars is because the find remote feature doesn’t work on one of my tv’s.

Nice upgraded remote, but system needs an update.

But Roku did not fix the most glaring issue and that is the lack of control of external audio devices like an AVR! Come on Roku! Also, turning on and off subtitles is a pain, you have to leave the app you're in to go to system settings. Nice update of remote, now work on system updates.
