Cool (But the customization was better before)

The cusomization kind of sucks now though compared to being able to change your stuff in game on the original little big planet with that cool custom colored yarn cursor that moved and could select everything. 3D walking is great now that we have it added in.

It's got the appearance of a cute and fun platformer, but it can be frustratingly difficult. I can't imagine young kids would be able to finish the game without getting frustrated. It's almost punishing towards the later levels. I also didn't feel like the game was an adventure at all. There is no open world to explore. It's a series of levels with a mediocre hub world that you can't even jump in.

Great game for entire family.

It's an enjoyable, competent platformer, but probably won't be on your all-time favorites list. Worth noting: After more than a month, online co-op has finally been patched in, and seems to work fine. If you're not interested in the multiplayer though, it might be a good idea to skip this one. A decent chunk of the game is completely inaccessible in singleplayer mode.
