My sissy & niece needed a new microwave...I went into Best Buy and read the reviews with a customer service representative...it looked good I ordered it...and the girls love it. It's sleek and clean looking. It works great.

Installed this microwave with just a screwdriver, tape measure and a drill. Simple to use and easy to clean. Strong and defrosts fast! The door is a little loud opening and shutting and the the vent fan is loud, even on slow speed. Looks beautiful even with our black appliances.

This microwave oven doesn't have all the features that my previous one did but now that I am getting used to it I like it better than I did at first. Works well and was a good choice for the price.

You're getting a powerful microwave oven. It has an excellent and powerful light underneath as well as a vent that is also powerful, though just a touch noisy in my opinion. Beautiful design and very roomy inside...

I am pleased with my purchase so far. Product looks great and works just fine for my daily needs. The only thing I don't like is the fact that buttons/numbers are kind of hard to press, But over all I am happy with it.

In use this was an acceptable microwave. After two years the wall started deteriorating and rust set in. Difficult to keep clean and definitely not fingerprint resistant and the multiple grooves in the interior made wiping more difficult that necessary. I have kept using it and it is cooking, and at 6 years it is at least running. I still better quality in a Samsung device.

A pinch noisy, and you have to press the buttons harder than other brands for a response. Cooks well, roomy enough for anything I want to cook.

It works great! I don't use a microwave for anything fancy. I use it for heating things up and defrosting and it works well for that. It also was very easy to install and not as heavy as a few others I've installed.

This microwave is attractive and works very well to cook all types of food. Best Buy sent some guys to install it and they did a great job. It is up on the wall above the stove and gives the kitchen a nice modern look. No regrets at all.

Microwave works fine. It was easily installed in existing space over stovetop.I hope it last longer than the 3+ year older Samsung model it replaced.

Just needed a simple over the range microwave for a rental property. Along with doing its job properly this Samsung has a very premium look from its materials. Looks like far more expensive Samsung models.

Nice microwave, however, key pad is hard to push, instructions on key pad are tiny and hard to read, especially for seniors. Cooks and heat foods good.

I am happy so far. Microwave is working as expected. I had another similar samsung microwave which I bought 2 years ago and had door closing issue. This time I bought 5 year protection (99$)

The microwave we purchased was easy to install and works wonderfully, the only complaint that we have is that we wish the light was a little brighter, extremely dim while trying to make dinner.

The ease of use, number of functions and sleek appearance all make this reasonably price microwave a great value!

Easy to install and great working Microwave. The only negative is you can't use the microwave while you are using the kitchen timer.. Other than that Great Microwave for those on a budget!

We just needed a no frills top mounted microwave to replace the no frills one we had previously. It matches the stove perfectly. It does what it's supposed to do. The door does feel a little flimsy feeling but it works fine--not up to the level I have come to expect from Samsung products though. Having said that, the price was great and it works well. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because of the door handle. It is metal and the microwave is directly above the stove. If you are cooking on the burner just below it, the handle heats up. Long term, I hope that doesn't cause early failure but in the near term, use a mitten when you grab the handle!

Replaced an old 7 year microwave with the new one , The new one fit on the old bracket and use the old holes no drilling .Replaced in less than 5 minutes and the new microwave is great .Looks great in our new kitchen.

this microwave replaced one that was ruined in a flood ... it brought a clean look to the new kitchen and it works wonderfully... ease of operation was the reason I brought this unit

Nothing over the top about this model...my parents have pretty much the same one and have had no issues from it and it was the model included in the appliance package we purchased. Easy to use with enough short cut/quick setting options.
