Sales team, incl. Kevin at the Frisco store location, and the installation crew were the best. Use of the Samsung microwave, replacing a Whirlpool which failed a couple of days before Easter, was very important to enjoy the holidays with our invited guests. Best Buy performed very well, just as on other occasions with appliance, camera and electronics purchases by us in the last 25 years.

Bought this Samsung after my previous one died. It arrived on time, and was easy to install. The only real difference between this one and my previous one is that this one seems to be slightly higher powered, which isn't a bad thing.

Took sometime to install but after installation it worked great. It fit right over the old one and had no issues. Works great and can heat up plenty in one run. The design is amazing! Got the deal during Black Friday. No complaints.

I have actually bought 2 of these. Simple but gets the job done. Looks nice. No annoying beeper for the timer, just a normal one.

And it looks very nice too. Nothing special about this microwave. If you don't use all those crazy settings, why pay for them. Just put your food in for x minutes and your done.

For the price, this microwave is very good. It is easier to keep the outside clean than the unit it replaced, and it cost over twice as much! The only con I have, is the number pad takes a lot of pressure!!

We bought this Microwave to match the Samsung Stove, and Refrigerator we already had purchased from BEST BUY. It was an easy install and fit exactly where the existing Microwave was located. It matches perfect! Very Pleased..

This microwave was a great value. Does not have a lot of fancy settings but we have no need for them. Looks fantastic over our new Samsung stove. Now fingers crossed it lasts longer than the 3 years last Samsung micro lasted.

I bought this microwave since it matched my other Samsung appliances. It works ok for the price. My only issue is the timer doesn't work if the microwave is in use. bummer.

Install was simple and easy. After install and testing the new microwave it was a bit noisy with the turntable moving. The functions on the control panel work good but you need to have your finger in the center of the time or function to have it set the time or function. It is a good value for the price point and I would recommend it.

Got this very cheap with coupons. Works like a 1000 watt microwave should work. As stated in other reviews, "buttons" on touch pad are harder to push than other microwaves we had, but geez, no big whoop. The fan is extremely loud, but we have it venting into the kitchen, not out a external vent, might be the reason? LED readout is BLUE, not a biggie, but if all your other appliances are green, may bug you, do have the option to turn LED off. Nice and big inside, my platter actually fit in this one, nice and sleek looking on the outside. One month in on owning it, all is well. Will revisit review if anything changes.

Functional Gets the job done.... Nothing fancy here. My biggest complaint which is a nuisance is the touch settings on the pad are very very unresponsive. Sometimes you have to push three and four times to get a result. It's an annoying nuisance that I endure because of the very low price that I paid for this basic model. My hope is it'll last a couple of years to get my money out of it. As in everything you really do get what you pay for.

It was easy to install, even for my husband who has never installed a range microwave before. It looks and works good. I would only change two things about it. 1.) This large microwave has room for a large glass turn table but they designed it small. 2.) My old microwave featured a quick push/hold button setting. I could hold the number (1-9) down and it would automatically set it for the number selected and start on its own. This one is all manual except the 30+ second button they added, but you still have to push start. Its not a big deal but the other feature was convenient. I am hopping to purchase the matching stove/oven soon.

There is ample space inside and I love the look. I love having an over the range microwave for the first time. Everything is easy to operate.

Samsung Model#:16H702SES I bought this to replace a previous model with different Model#: but essentially the same unit. Older unit went bad after about 2 and half years. This a basic oven with simple controls and a pleasing look and size. Just what I want. Stayed with this model because it mounted exactly to the old mounting. If it last longer that will be a plus. If it doesn't well lets don't go there.

Bought this microwave a couple of years ago and no problems! It was purchased for an elderly lady and she can work the buttons with no problems. It's not a high tech product that takes a lot to learn all about

Got this as part of the full kitchen package, pretty basic unit, matches nice. Pretty quiet and all basic functions, no complaints. Installed myself, pretty easy.

So far so good with the Samsung microwave. How long it lasts will be the main thing. Installation was easy and the instructions and templates made it simple. It was lighter than the Whirlpool microwave it replaced but still best as a 2 person job to install. Did not think the buttons were too hard to push like others had mentioned. Did not check at night if light was bright enough as kitchen lighting should be fine. Noise level seemed normal for venting to exterior

I have owned and installed several Samsung microwaves over the years. I recommend them to family and friends all the time, never had an issue with any I owned. Very powerful when cooking on full power when needed.
