We have several Samsung appliances and we are very happy with the quality of this microwave. Low price, big results. We're not big on a long list of options. This one does all the basics well.

I stepped down, trying to eliminate options I didn't use on my previous micro. I find that this one has everything I need for a lower price. Easy to install.

The only critique I have is that you can't use the timer and cook something at the same time. Not a big deal, as this is the only critique I have of this product.

Only paid $150 for this on sale, so it was a great deal. Brand name device with all the basic features you need.

It only took a couple of hours to remove my old microwave and to install this one over my stove. All the parts were there and the instructions were clear. The microwave is easy to operate and cooks food fast.

The buttons are a bit hard to push and the lights on the display are blue instead of yellow/green. Those are my only complaints! Great product for the price.

This microwave range hood works so well! It's such a great deal and looks beautiful! This is the 2nd one we've bought from Best Buy. We put our first one in our rental and now this one in our own home.

I ordered a black otr Samsung Microwave and everything is as expected. It is a nice.machine and I have been pleased with every other Samsung product I have owner. The mounting was fairly easy and the instructions were well laid out. The only complaint I have is that the bottom bulb is a 40 watt incadescent one? It's 2016 and Samsung actually makes led bulbs! The bulb that came in it is okay but hot and dim. It's easy to change so I ordered an led for it for around $10. It's a Samsung bulb! Overall I am pleased with the microwave and would recommend it to anyone. It is the nicest one I could find for the price or for up to $50 more bit let's face it, it's a microwave and is made basically to make popcorn and heat up last nights dinner so it only needs to do those things well which it does and it's a Samsung so it looks cool doing that!

We did not need a microwave with a lot of the extra bells and whistles. This unit serves our needs well and was relatively easy to install. Word of advice, avoid GE appliances. They simply do not last.

For the price, it works great and more quiet than I expected. it was easy to install. Unless you need all the fancy bells and whistles of the high end models..this unit more than handles all of our needs.

This microwave has been wonderful. It fit nicely right into our cabinet space as well. It cooks everything super good and is really quiet. It has a light and a vent as well that both come in handy.

Great microwave for the price. Who needs the extra 0.1 or 0.2 cubic ft at an additional $100+?! It was easy to install, and I am your average DIY person. And it was shipped from the warehouse super fast!

Love the clean, sleek look. Has all the basic features and most of all It's not loud like my whirlpool microwave was. You can actually have a conversation with someone a few feet away and they'll hear you.

Nice microwave but it is somewhat loud. Wasn't expecting that. It looks nice, several buttons for microwaving different thing. Great for the price.

I am satisfied enough with this microwave. Have had it over a month now and have experienced no problems. It does seem that it doesn't heat as efficiently as my previous Sharp Carousel even though I believe they are the same power rating. My one BIG negative reaction is that it came with only a one sheet, very basic operating guide, and when I called the 800 number to ask about a manual I was told that one costs thirty five dollars. What a gouge!

Purchased this microwave a month a go. Great microwave no issues looks great! Fan doesn't seem to vent that well but would recommend this to a friend.

Over the stove microwave is easy to use and looks good. It is a good value. Installation was the only problem. I was not informed in advance that the installer could not drill through tile. Ended up with a private contractor to install it. I was reinbursed for the installation fee.
