Doesn't have the features that my old GE microwave had. Buttons have to be pushed way to hard. No night light timer. Guess I should have purchased the more expensive model. It does look good above my new Samsung free standing range. Disapointed, but I guess I will have to live with it.

If you are looking for a larger size microwave this is definitely a good choice. Very Stylish in appearance. Unfortunately I underestimated the size from my stove to the top of the cabinet above and was unable to install over stove. I really do not want to return it so I am determined to find another place in my kitchen to install it.

Nice spacious microwave. Has lots of features that are cool! It's a strong microwave so watch the popcorn setting or it will burn!

I purchased this microwave to complement the gas range I had just purchased from Best Buy. The design is very sleek, and it offers all the basic functions I was looking for.

This is a really easy microwave to install over the range and it works great for heating up food. My only critique of the unit is that the overhead light (that would light up your stove top) is a little dim compared to our old one. The light seems to have two settings: dim or very dim.

Base microwave that does the job done. Controls are very simple and easy to follow. I replaced my GE Spacemaker with this new Samsung to match all my Samsung stainless appliances and it didn't disappoint. Only thing I miss with my GE was the one touch minute numeric dial automatic cook where you press 1, it will start at 1 minute automatically. On this Samsung, you will have to press 1,0,0 to warm food for 1 minute. Just a minor thing that I need to get used to but other than that, this microwave is solid.

Easy to install and clean. The employee made it quick and painless to get in and get what we needed without all the sales hype.

I like the clean, sleek lines of this microwave, AND it was on sale....which made it even more attractive. Looks great in my kitchen and works like a charm.

I like the Microwave it works as intended. The only problem I had initially was with the delivery when we opened it up we were missing the filters and screens as well as the glass turntable. After that we were missing the mounting template. After another run down to best buy we were able to get most of the stuff. we are still missing one of the filters/screens for the bottom.

This is my first over-the-range microwave, and I love it. It does not take up any counter space like the previous one. It has all the standard features and is easy to use.

We are enjoying our microwave. It goes so well in our kitchen with the other stainless appliances . This appliance has been easy to use for both of us ! Enjoying it a lot !

We sprung for a Samsung microwave to match our new Flex Duo gas oven... (split Flex door style, so innovative and ergonomic, it's amazing!). 3 stars, to be fair it could be 4 or 4.5, depending on your needs. The other ME18H704SFS (not this one) is worth the extra price, compared to an identical looking model. Actually had this cheaper one installed due to its keypad simplicity, however later discovered it had an 11"in vs. 14" glass carousel plate on larger one (not this one) -- and well worth the effort to swap! (Not this one, but the other one...) Besides the slightly roomier interior, you will really like the quiet "Lo" fan setting, which actually moves air well -- there's also a simple fan countdown timer, and you can choose 1, 3, 5, 10 or 30 min, a very nice feature. The dual LED lights are a plus if they stay on, and the filter "pop-out" is so much better than the traditional 2 smaller grease filters. All in all, the few extra buttons and cost aren't that big of a deal like I first thought! Just look up the other one and add to cart already, woo hoo!

Is over the range microwave. We had someone install it for us due to remodeling issues. Shouldn't be too difficult to install if someone has a little knowledge of tools.

Product has worked well since purchase, I trust Samsung and the quality of its products, and the price was great for an over-the-range microwave, definitely recommended.

Very easy to install myself, fit right into the previous bracket and is solid. Easy setting button. Did have to get used to how much faster it cooked thing than our last mic.
