It is easy to use and keep clean. Frankly, I was nervous because the price was so low, but we have been pleased.

Replacing an existing microwave, had to match the new stove I was also replacing so had to be Samsung and White. Don't like the microwaves with shelves in them so this was the one I had to go with. Seems to cook well but so many bad choices in how the buttons work. First they are hard to press, you really need to push down and where you push does not seem to match the graphics on the front. NO ONE TOUCH COOKING. This was the feature used the most on the one it replaced. The closest you can get is pushing the +30 button then the START button and you can cook for 30 sec with 2 button pushes. CANT CHANGE THE POWER WHILE IT IS COOKING. So if you wanted to cook 1 min on 70% power you need to push [1] [0] [0] [power] [7] [start]. My old one you would push [1 min] [start] [power] [7]. May not seem like a big deal but really gets old pushing buttons so may times especially when you really need to push hard for it to register. I am slowly adapting how I use it to its limitations rather than use the microwave how I would want to :(

Great product! Nice and sleek design and was easy to install since our last microwave was almost identical. Easy controls and heats stuff up quickly !

This is a great product . Fan works great however the light could be brighter

I don't use the microwave for cooking, mainly for heating up. The microwave looks good, but it's basic. For example, my other one had the quick buttons, you just push the 1 and you get one minute, 2, 2 minutes etc. This one you have to push the 1.00 and start. Also, the kitchen timer on my other one would beep until I turned it off, this one beeps and then stops. So if you're not right there to hear it, you might miss that the time is up.

Quality and build is great. Seems a little smaller inside than my previous GE unit. Keypad is just average.

Very quiet. Easy to clean. Attractive. Easy to use. Not comicated to install.

I've always loved the Samsung Microwave Ovens! So easy to use, the carousel has always been something very necessary for a microwave.

Replaced a GE that was only 3 years old so Ibaswd on the reviews and sale price I bought this model, I installed it a month ago so far so good

This microwave is sleek and nice looking. I just wish it had a rack inside and it would be complete.

As far as "inexpensive" microwaves go this one is aces. It is a meat and potatoes, simple nuker. Looks nice and matches my fringe and range.

Very good for the price. Buttons are alittle difficult to press but other than that no complaints!
