We bought this microwave for our rental unit. It has held up well and the tenants have no complaints. It is durable for lots of use. It's our first Samsung appliance.

this microwave works great for our family. great for heating things up, popcorn and frozen foods, thawing out dif items and something quick, we did not purchase it for cooking or replacing our regular oven.

I've had several over range microwaves in the past and this is by far the best I've had. It's efficient and feels very well built not cheap like others.

I bought this OTC Microhood to replace a working one but just wanted it to match my fridge. so far seems to be working fine, love the light has 2 settings so it gets used as a night light in the kitchen

Easy to use. Need to apply a little pressure when pressing buttons.

Light is not bright enough underneath. And the buttons really must be pushed a little too carefully. Must be right on the center of the number, and you must push pretty hard. I find it takes several tries to get my selection, which is kind of frustrating. Wish the keyboard was back lit. Other than that, it heats well.

Beautiful stainless steel microwave even. The features are great and it works perfectly.

Didn’t give it 5 stars because the buttons aren’t as easy as they should be to push. It’s slightly annoying but not a deal breaker.

Cooks fine. Door is hard to open and buttons are hard to press.

Microwave mounted easily, however, did not heat. Service no show ...no call first appointment. Second appointment successful with a pretty good Technician. Oven required new main board and the magnetron. Microwave features nothing outstanding or unusual. Matches the other stainless Samsung appliances in my kitchen. Will withhold recommendation until it runs a few years.
