The only complaint I have with it is that you can’t run the timer setting and use the microwave at the same time. My old microwave allowed me to start the kitchen timer for something on the stove then use the microwave to cook something at the same time. This one doesn’t allow that. Other than that 1 thing it is a great microwave.

It's large enough to handle most any requirement. Easy to operate.

We bought this mostly for aesthetic reasons. All of our other kitchen appliances were stainless steel, but our over-the-range microwave was black. I ordered this one online; Samsung is generally a good brand, it looked attractive, and it was relatively inexpensive (it was even on sale). When we installed it, we couldn't believe the difference. This is a beautiful microwave; the picture doesn't quite do it justice. How does it work? It's 1000 watts, so it heats food and beverages quickly. It has most of the usual controls, though unlike every other microwave I've had, it doesn't have a specific "beverage" function. But let's be honest: who needs help heating up water for a cup of tea? It does have a "soften/melt" function, which is useful. It also has a "pizza" setting, but in my opinion anyone who tries to reheat pizza in a microwave deserves what they get. The interior is bright white. I was a little surprised, as the last couple of microwaves I've owned have had a grey interior. But the white is fine, and it certainly makes any spatter easy to see. Overall, we're completely happy with our purchase.

Bought this for a house I sold and it looks and operates great. It is not top of the line, but it’s a great deal! Cannot speak to longevity as it is not in use by me, but I installed it and used it to warm lunches and it was powerful!

We have used this microwave for a few years and love it. We have not had any problems with it and we have no complaints about it. I would recommend Samsung.

Was looking for a basic microwave with decent power. Was not interested in paying for features we would never use. This microwave fits this requirement perfectly. Heats items up quickly and evenly. It does not have a lot of the features the more expensive models may have, but if all your looking to do is basic heating or thawing of frozen foods, this is an excellent choice.

Purchased this to replace a refurbished one of the same brand. It’s a good microwave with easy to use buttons. Don’t forget to adjust the vents when you install it so the vent fans are blowing properly. 4 out of 5 because I don’t know about longevity at this point.
