Not happy with product or Best Buy customer supt.

The problem I have is that when it starts up, it is very loud for about 3 seconds and then is quiet. Sounds like a loose part. I called Best buy customer support after 16 days of use to and I was told that I only had 15 days for an exchange or return and that I had to call the manufacturer. Not happy with BestBuy as I was assuming a 30 day policy like most companies. But I called manufacturer and sure enough there is a defective part that they are replacing. Just some extra pain in the you know what!! Unit works ok though for a basic unit.

I just gave it four stars because I wish it would be convection oven also.
