    We did a lot of research and found that Best Buy had the best price on this Samsung over-the-range microwave. Our old one had died so we replaced it with this. We love the features, the size and most of all the price!

    This was a great purchase for an "out of the box" item. The price was right, it was easy to install, and it looks perfect! Just makes a loud whirring sound when it first comes on, not sure why.

    The reason we purchased this item was because we have other Samsung products and we love it , so far this microwave is great and nice modern look, installation was nice and easy but we had a terrible time trying to schedule the installation..

    This microwave was a replacement for an existing unit, I liked the look (stainless steel) and the size, the only negative point is the lack of information (user manual), you find only haft of a page with very basic user information.

    The first thing I noticed was the installation was easier. with the purchase of other microwaves I had to use best buys installers. This time I took it home and two people was able to install without spending the additional money that best buy charges.

    This microwave is a nice piece of equipment. It was a great price and worked very well. The only thing that I can think was that the touch pad was difficult to push, but it certainly was not a deal breaker.

    Microwave is very powerful. Only thing I don’t like is that there are no instant cooking buttons. For example I could press 1 for cooking 1 minute. Other than that, it’s very good.
