    Great Choice! Looks great with my other appliances! Open Box choice was the way to go. Especially with the added discount. There were dings or anything.

    Wanted sonething, not too over powering to put in our family room to pop a vag of popcorn, warm up a cup of tea, etc. This fit the bill exactly and it looks really nice too.

    I am very disappointed in that I was told by the salesman that the installers would be able to install even if I had tile. The installers came out and would NOT install it and I was left with the microwave sitting on the floor for days on end. It tool me calling at least 8 to 10 different appliance installers until I finally found one se real days later, over a week or so. Then it cost me another $150 additional to finally get it done. I would like for Best Buy to give me a in store credit that I feel I deserve for at least $150 to cover my time and additional expenses that I incurred.

    Good product no problems so far. I hoped the lighting would be more advanced underneath but it was just a bulb. Other then that it's powerful and works perfectly.
