The installers came out and would NOT install it and I was left with the microwave sitting on the floor for days on end. It tool me calling at least 8 to 10 different appliance installers until I finally found one se real days later, over a week or so. Then it cost me another $150 additional to finally get it done. I would like for Best Buy to give me a in store credit that I feel I deserve for at least $150 to cover my time and additional expenses that I incurred.
