This is functional although mug boiler than I expected. Overall it's fine for our purpose. It looks great and complements the stove very well.

Sounds a little louder than my old one. Makes me think there might be something wrong with it.

Does what it supposed to do. The only thing I don't like is right before the timer is about to expire the microwave gets a little loud

I didn’t need it to cook. It is a great product. If you are looking to just use it for heating up and small things like popcorn, it’s perfect and priced right

so far its a good buy and easy to use, the beeper alarm sounds after the cooking and let you know that the food is done a couple times after the cycle

Microwave is spacious inside. Looks really nice and sleek. Warms food up quickly and well.

I never thought I would write a review on a microwave but the performance of this Samsung brand microwave has outshined any other microwave we have owned

This was a great microwave for the price. I had my husband and father-in-law install though. If you do not feel comfortable installing, please hire someone!

Bought this to replace a competitive brand oven with far more bells and whistles. This oven does everything we need for far less money.

Not easy to put up by any means, but this is a great microwave. Got it open box so it was an extra good deal. Pretty sure it took my dad, brother, and my boyfriend about 3ish hours to put this thing up. Doesn't help that not one of them has ever put a microwave up before, but three hours is a long time to install an over the stove microwave. Overall, warms great and I like the blue lights. The fan is quite powerful, and be careful the first few times you use it, it could be full of saw dust from the drilling. I ended up eating saw dust tacos last week because I didn't notice until I was cleaning my stove that there was dust all over it. One of these days I'll try to blow it all out of there.

I went to Home Depot and other places to look for microwave I found this microwave much less expensive at Best Buy so I purchased it installed it's a great microwave thank you Best Buy

We chose this microwave to match the stainless steel of Samsung stove and fridge. It is a decent microwave so far but I think the GE that we replaced was a better microwave. The door is light, maybe a bit too light bordering on flimsy and the touchpad is not very sensitive. I have to mash the "buttons" locations "with intent" to get it to register. Also, the inside seems big but the rotating glass plate seems small. Odd.

The only reason i gave it 4 stars is due to the hand pressures it takes to press the settings on the key board.

Nothing special about the microwave. The “buttons” do not press very easily making use a little tougher.

This unit is cheap and the quality shows. Buttons are not consistent in where they need to be pressed to activate. Worse yet, if you close the microwave without holding the absolute center of the handle, the microwave will turn on and cook until you re open and close it "properly" and will ignore any input via buttons. This is a known "feature" when contacting Samsung support. If it hadn't been such a pain to install, I'd take it back.

The micro was installed without any issues. Replaced another Samsung that was 13 years old. It works :)

This microwave is roomy. The nice modern look, gives a nice finish to the kitchen. Cooks food accurately, and quickly. We highly recommend!
