However, 1 week to the day after receiving and installing microwave, the interior light went out and we were not able to find location of light to replace bulb. We looked at paperwork that came with product and went on google for replacement instructions.. You go figure!

It does everything you expect a microwave to do. We had trouble getting one delivered undamaged, but that's another story. We finally got one, but the install was a bit more challenging than I expected. Once up, it looks and works great.

I setup the exhaust for outside ducting and it does a great job of removing smoke and odors. The 2 level light and 2 speed fan works as expected. The cooking functions are a snap to use and the food cooks as expected. The end of cycle audible alert is very handy when you want to do other tasks while cooking. The display is bright and easy to read. I also own a Samsung 42" flat panel smart TV which works perfectly as well. Best picture I've seen anywhere! Samsung rules. No complaints.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After only 9 1/2 months, the microwave is no longer heating properly and the insulated glass panel on the door is filled with condensation. I assumed if I contacted Samsung, the company would repair, but instead I was informed that the condensation/fogging of the glass is typical and is not considered a defect...despite the unsightly look. Samsung's policy is that condensation will go away over time. Well it has been three days and the fogged glass is still there. The company has promised to call me within a couple of days to set up a repair for the heating issue, but I have no intention of keeping a microwave that clearly has a defective seal on the glass door panel. Very disappointing.
