    Installers were professional, showed up on time, did a great job, wore shoe protectors, etc. etc. They were friendly and knew their trade. The Samsung microwave was damaged during manufacture and had a severe dent in the cabinet, with NO damage to the shipping carton. Hence, the factory shipped a known, defective product. Fortunately there were no parts in that damaged area. I'm not saying a slight dent, this was a crease in the cabinet on the side, back, and top so it took quite a bit of force to do that, it had to be a known defect prior to boxing. The laminate sheet "buttons" take a lot of force to press for setting cook time. My wife has to press with two fingers, one on top of the other. The bulb that illuminates the cooktop is barely the light of a candle, basically worthless even on the highest brightness setting. Instruction "manual" is a single sheet with a great lack of information. Can hardly tell a difference in motor speed for the over range exhaust fan. Marginal utility. Disappointed in this product.
