Product is good/open box needs to be more descript

That definitely needs to be more descriptive. This is the second one that I have ordered and both came very damaged. If it is open box then it needs to say if it is in damaged condition. this I was very disappointed in. I wouldn't have paid that much to have a damaged microwave

I told the salesman that he must of entered the order incorrectly and yet he implied it was my error!! He was the one who entered the order after my husband and I specifically said we wanted an upgraded model !! But if money is a concern this microwave is a good option but it is very basic.
