I can't even press them with my fingers. My old Maytag was much easier. 2. The light over the cooktop is not bright enough. 3. The exhaust fan is too loud even on the slow setting. I wonder if this is bad design or lack of Quality Control.

"Over the Range" is presumed to be able to light the surface below. The implied WARRANTY of fitness for intended use is BREACHED! Samsung offers no replacement. THE ENTIRE UNIT IS UNFIT FOR INTENDED USE AND MUST BE REPLACED! THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FROM SAMSUNG AND FROM BEST BUY AS WELL !!!

My previous model had more fan speeds (this one only has 2) and you can't set the kitchen timer to run simultaneous with the microwave turned on heating something. The button "membrane" as the manufacturer puts it, needs to be pressed hard sometimes to register. It is stylish and great at heating but just need to get used to it a bit more.
