The turntable stopped working around September 15, barely 2 weeks after installation. It took 2 visits by technicians to get it fixed. The fan motor was bad and had to be replaced. My old microwave worked well for 15 years. Not sure how long this microwave lasts. As of now, it is doing its job. The control panel is decent, but it is missing a lot of features that my old microwave had. For example, in my old microwave, I could heat up food and set a timer simultaneously. This does not allow that. Also, I have to press '+ 30 sec' and then press 'Start'. My old microwave would start immediately upon pressing '+ 30 sec'. Samsung, if you are reading this - Please design a good microwave that does not break every few days. Functionality is just as important as good looks. Also, make the control panel smarter.
