Works as expected. The only issue I had was the handle broke off at the bottom. I used a 2 part plastic epoxy and glued it back on. For the price, its not a bad microwave.

Its been 5 weeks since we had this new microwave installed by Best Buy crew. It performs well, is quiet and a much needed upgrade.

it works well andit fit exactly where i needed it to fit. The stainlesss parts do get smudged tho.

The people at Hammond Best Buy very good at what they do I have bought from them and it's always been great and they stand behind what they sell.

It is the same size as my older model, works and have similar controls. Price was right, Excellent purchase

the microwave is very nice. it would have been extremely help full if the people that delivered it. installed it as the salesperson told us at the time that we purchased it that they would do. I can't move my left are above my head and have survived 2 battles with cancer and 1 with hospice care. i would recommend this item but not the delevery people.

This model fits very well to our cabinet. It is very powerful and evenly heating.

It’s fine. No bells and whistles but it does the job. There are no quick start buttons (ie you can’t just just push 2 for two minutes, you have to manually enter 2,0,0, start) - I actually liked the features of my ten year old microwave better than this one but its good enough and it was in stock when I needed a microwave asap.

I've only had the unit for a few weeks and my initial impressions are very positive. Noise level is average for microwaves. The touch pad requires a firm press to register the input - before I got used to this there were a few times I had to press twice. My only real complaint was that there was that the hardcopy owners manual was missing (it was listed on the parts list of included items).

It's great!! Love using it. Fits perfectly in the space provide . Great item to have in the kitchen.

I like the look,dose great with all functions to heating food. The only thing the buttons not easy to to see or feel if you don’t have all your lights on in the kitchen. The light over the stove, that button is so stiff not easy to push to Lo, Hi or Off mode. Very uncomfortable, which most of the time I use in the evening in my kitchen.

Needed a microwave that fit in a tight spot above my cook range in which there was no further room. The previous microwave I tried had hinges that demanded more room. This particular microwave is perfect for the tight spot. It has functioned well for us too!

This microwave is quite satisfying to use. On my older micro it ised to take longer to warm things up. But with this product it heats so quick.

This is our 4th Over-the-range Microwave unit in the last 20+ years. Three of the four have been Samsung 1.6 cu. ft. We like how this works, the size is perfect, the wattage works well with the food we have prepared inside it. With all the plus factors of the Samsung unit, the price is the best on the market for what is in the offering.

We got this samsung microwave as a replacement for our old samsung microwave which stopped heating. This unit looks nice, good space, reasonable price, and easy to install.
