Overall it works and it looks good. I wish I would have read more about the features this microwave doesn't have compared to my last microwave. 1: When you set the Kitchen timer YOU CAN"T USE THE MICROWAVE at the same time? Super Annoying. 2: My last microwave you could just hit 1 for 1 minute or 5 for 5 minutes and it would just start up. This one you have to hit 1 then 0 0 then the start button. Annoying 3: I have to actually put on my reading glasses to see the button I'm looking for. The numbers and buttons are small and hard to read. 4: They have 2 fan buttons? Why? One is to set the fan speed and the other is to turn on the fan. My last microwave you hit it once it was high, hit it again it was low and hit it a 3rd time it was off. STUPID DESIGN 5: When you do use the timer it just beeps once when the time is up and that's it. So if you miss hearing it and go back into the kitchen to check on it their is no indicator other than it's back in it's clock mode. 6: The other food buttons (vegie, pizza, reheat etc...) are a total waste of time.

Great price. This microwave fits the specifications the ad gave, looks great, and works well. The only problem is that it does not have the feature that stops the turn table from turning when you heat soup. This is the second one I have had in this brand. The last one lasted 12 years.

It works great and looks great in my new kitchen. So glad I bought this.

Great help with what I need . Was able to pick it up when promised. We love there Samsung appliances . So if you need anything let them know and if they don’t have it they’ll try to get it for you. If they can’t get it they will suggest something comparable . Thanks and keep up the good work.

Very satisfied with our new Samsung Microwave. Operates basically the same as our old Samsung microwave. Best Buy price point was good and the technicians installed our new unit were very professional, hauled away our old unit and cleaned up after the installation to our satisfaction.

This is a nice microwave. The flat panel buttons are a bit difficult to push, but that is not a huge issue as it prevents accidental button pushing. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase.

Installed it myself without ever taking shop class! Included templates that made install a snap. Microwave works great! Steaks thaw in minutes, veggies cook thoroughly, and reheating leftovers is a push of a button, range fan and light work great too! Reduces smokiness and keeps the kitchen manageable while cooking. Highly recommend!

Beautiful. Not overly expensive. Works as expected

Outstanding experience from the beginning with Gene helping me out with understanding my needs and filling them to the installation person who was great, professional, and efficient. The product is excellent, exactly as described and works like it is supposed to. I will buy from Best Buy for any of my needs, no reason to go anywhere else. If they have the products I need, they are my go to source.

This is my second microwave, my daughter caught the new on fire so we had to replace it. We've had this for a year a the handle cracked at the top and bottom. Strangest thing ever...but I've ordered a replacement handle so hopefully no more issues.

Handle broke after 4 months. Samsung won't replace under warrenty. So many others have had the same problem. Poor quality microwave and warrenty.

It does the trick. It’s basic but works great! Had issues with the door and not shutting soft, but Samsung came out and received a new microwave and all has worked great!

I hope this one works. The last didn’t. The tech was great. Handle and short in system.

Beautiful and sleek. Love the style. It really is a perfect lool for my kitchen. The setting are so easy to work with and set up took minutes. It comes with a templete and tells you what tools to use. The most user friendly instructions ever.

My family has trusted Samsung for TV's, Washer and Dryer units, and now this stove and the matching microwave. 100% for Samsung quality and Customer Service, absolutely outstanding! This Microwave is a great quality and well designed product. We have had zero issues so far with this great microwave.

Died in almost 3 years. I bought this in the fall of '22 while rehabbing my condo. It wasn't installed until the spring of '23 and died in Oct. '25. Samsung told me it was out of warranty (which I understood) and sent a tech out to diagnose the problem. Basically, the unit would not regulate how hot it would cook - technician put a cup of water in for 2 min. and burnt his hand pulling it out. They said they would call back with the cost for parts and repair. It needs 5 parts totaling $579 plus $95 for labor and $120 for a "trip" charge. For a $200 microwave... junk. Don't waste your money.

This was a replacement for a very old over the range microwave. Size was almost exact. If you never have changed out an over the range microwave be patient it takes sometime and requires 2 people. Not a 20 min job. Works great
