This new one is very similar in style. It was easy to replace since the holes lined up the same.

We paid for the service and got canceled twice extremly frustrating since both days I had to take off work to be at my home for the installation. Ended up cancelling the service for a refund but it has been over 30 days and the microwave never got installed. Zero stars should be the option for the installation team extremly unprofessional and unreliable. Will never buy anything from best buy again!

This microwave oven works exactly as advertised and fit perfectly in the space formerly occupied by an old Kitchenaid oven. And the price was excellent. Couldn't ask for more.

Microwave heats everything very well. Thourgh heating with plenty of power. Exhaust fans work well and clear the smoke from cooking

I would give it a 5 star if the Kitchen Timer worked simultaneously with the cooking function and I prefer the quick settings ie # 1 button equals 1 minute, #2 button equals 2 minutes etc.
