Problems are that the "buttons" don't always respond, you have to touch them over and over. This week the handle started cracking. I have no idea why. Again, we don't use it often, we don't have kids at home slamming it around. Apparently it is just made cheap.

Noise level is average for microwaves. The touch pad requires a firm press to register the input - before I got used to this there were a few times I had to press twice. My only real complaint was that there was that the hardcopy owners manual was missing (it was listed on the parts list of included items).
