I have had to have repairs performed on it twice in less than a year. Finally, the unit had to be replaced. BestBuy was very quick to replace and install a new microwave.

The handle fell off the first one shortly outside the one year warranty period. I repurchased a new one as it was cheaper than the repair and it matched my dishwasher and refrigerator handles/Samsung products. Unfortunately, the handle on the new microwave cracked at the bottom as now appears that it will fall off. While Samsung is going to repair it, I question how well their microwave is designed and manufactured. We have two adults in our house and no one pull down on the handle.
