Keypad needs lighting

2 failures. Didn’t make a year

Called Samsung who sent a tech. I had to pull it off the wall so they could diagnose. Replaced a board and reinstalled it. Worked for a month and then it stopped heating anything. Called Samsung and they said they would cover parts, but not labor even though there was a month or warranty left. Pulled it off the wall and put it in the trash.

Did not last 2 years

Recently the digital display just stopped working then it would partially work on and off. Then finally it started making sparking noises. They really dont make things the way they used to. I would not recommend something that only lasts 2 years.

After 3 hour wait...

Then they called to cancel appointment bc their vehicle broke down. Reschedule for another week out? Won't find out till the day before what time the appointment is? Microwave Delivery.

Constantly being told they would contact me with a new delivery date and never heard from anyone until over 2 weeks later. No one wanted to take responsibility for it except for the original installer, Chad, who ended up eventually installing it correctly and caring about my horrible experience.

15-Day warranty
