After 3 hour wait...

Then they called to cancel appointment bc their vehicle broke down. Reschedule for another week out? Won't find out till the day before what time the appointment is? I really used to like best buy and I'm a member... Not sure about renewal. Will update if I ever do get the microwave installed.

Constantly being told they would contact me with a new delivery date and never heard from anyone until over 2 weeks later. No one wanted to take responsibility for it except for the original installer, Chad, who ended up eventually installing it correctly and caring about my horrible experience.

There is only 15-day return back warranty. My microvawe is not working and I contacted them they said that you should contact to Samsung direcly because 15-day is passed.
