    Thai microwave has a mind of its own. After I use it and close the door. The microwave turns itself on.

    I will not do business with Best Buy again, which considers it normal for the delivery team to come to the house to curse and fight the master working at home.

    Started showing error codes almost immediately, the handle broke after 2 months.

    Be wary of open box.

    We bought an open box and it may have been a poor decision. It seems to have inconsistent heating. Sometimes it takes 10 minutes just to steam bag some vegetables. Other times it seems to work normally. Once we had it all installed it didn’t really seem worth it to take it back out. Especially since it had been an open box. We will replace it down the road.

    The Best Over The Stove Microwave!!!

    Initially I just wanted and needed a new microwave but, this brought on a whole new level of awesomeness! The fan speeds are fantastic and the light is perfect! I was able to replace my old and bulky stove light/fan with this Samsung Microwave and it heats/cooks everything perfectly! The inside spinning glass is big enough for my bigger bowls or trays that I could not fit in my previous one and everything cooks evenly!

    It works well but I was disappointed that it doesn't have quick cook features like just pushing the 1 to get one minute 2 to get two minutes etc. The power feature is also the old style where it just goes on for 15 seconds and then off for 15 seconds when you do 50%. Other newer models are more advanced in their power delivery.

    I purchased this item because I was in need of a new microwave. I love the fact that is black and silver color, which it matches perfectly with my stove. I am really enjoying the microwave. I recommend this item.
