Not Happy with Microwave

15-Day warranty

There is only 15-day return back warranty. My microvawe is not working and I contacted them they said that you should contact to Samsung direcly because 15-day is passed.

Damaged box

I inspected before i the release the appliance to me and it was damaged . So always check your stuff eveyone !
