Do not waste your money buying this microwave. The inside coating of the microwave peels off. The microwave was only used to warm food. Even though the microwave is under warranty samsung tells you it's your problem and you need to pay for the repairs. They cannot help you.
Second purchase of this microwave within two yrs. The microwave have a manufacturer defect that samsung refuses to cover. This is my second purchase of this microwave with the same problem. People do not waste your money buying this microwave.
The inside coating of the microwave peels off and you're left without a microwave.

Definitely a one star event in my life. Sad because Best Buy had done good by me for a long time before. Here is what brought us to one star.
1) ordered a new Microwave with installation and haul away service.
2) Installers call the day before to confirm appointment for the wrong time (during a dental appointment), even though I received a confirmation from Best Buy with the originally scheduled time.
3) Accomodate installers and reschedule installation to meet their schedule.
4) Installation tech notifies me I have an "open box" unit that seems "used".
5) Installed unit turns on, does not function (other than lighting up).
6) Installation tech notifies me he will be back to install new microwave when Best Buy sends the correct unit before leaving.

Very Disappointed

I bought this for my "summer" cottage just a little over a year ago. I don't think it's been used 100 times total. It is throwing a fault code and is unusable. I believe it would cost too much to get it fixed (based on the price of buying a new one).
When it did work... I wasn't too impressed with the dim light underneath or with the push button controls. Just not happy with this purchase!!

I AM SO UPSET I COULD SCREAM!!! The panel doesn't light up and I needed a flashlight to see the screen and settings....BUT THE WORST THING IS THE HANDLE BROKE OFF 16 Months after PURCHASE!!! Aaaargh! Snookered again!
