Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It works well but I was disappointed that it doesn't have quick cook features like just pushing the 1 to get one minute 2 to get two minutes etc. The power feature is also the old style where it just goes on for 15 seconds and then off for 15 seconds when you do 50%. Other newer models are more advanced in their power delivery.

To start off it worked great. The. The door handle fell off. Wasnt covered even though various people here have complained about it. Then the door was ajar so it woulsnr start. Now the door itself will not stay locked. I have had poor experiences with samsung appliances. They seen to love planned obsolescence.

I don't think it's been used 100 times total. It is throwing a fault code and is unusable. I believe it would cost too much to get it fixed (based on the price of buying a new one). When it did work... I wasn't too impressed with the dim light underneath or with the push button controls. Just not happy with this purchase!!
